Group

How decisions are made.

A practical framework for building ventures.

Build, Back, Connect and Give define how Nishad Group frames problems, assigns ownership, adds capability and approaches contribution.

Four commitments

Build. Back. Connect. Give.

The framework is deliberately simple: define the work, identify who owns it, add only the relationships that improve execution, and keep contribution intentional.

  1. 01

    Build.

What specific problem does this solve?

Define the problem, the customer and the operating model before adding scale or complexity.

  2. 02

    Back.

Who is responsible for the outcome?

Put decisions close to the people doing the work, then support them with context, access and accountability.

  3. 03

    Connect.

    What becomes materially better together?

Create a connection only when it makes the work clearer, faster or more effective for everyone involved.

  4. 04

    Give.

    What can be contributed responsibly?

Make contribution a deliberate practice, separate from the commercial claims of any individual venture.

Decision criteria

What earns attention.

A project should address a specific problem, have a credible owner, support independent operation and justify its next stage with evidence rather than momentum alone.

Problem
A defined user, customer or operating need that can be examined directly.
Ownership
A person or team with authority, judgment and responsibility for the outcome.
Independence
A path to operating on the strength of the venture’s own market and decisions.
Evidence
A clear reason to advance, pause or stop before more resources are committed.
